Love it, even if I am out. This is a very well equipped "plain" NYer (note the power locks, windows AND antenna, the cruise control, the rear speakers, etc.).

This triple-pickle 4dr hardtop looks to be in great condition, save for the missing driver's door pull. The radiator has been replaced, and so has the air cleaner. If I were interested, I'd ask for pics of the underside and the bottom of the rear windows, the A pillars (to be sure there is no bubbling), the headliner (though I suspect it is in great shape given the rest), and I would ask for maintenance records.

Still, from what I can see, all signs point to a well-preserved original car with high-ish miles and yet a rip-free interior. This being a FL car, I wonder whether the H51 A/C works.

That's a lot of green....... in more ways than one.
My price benchmark for a 1972 NYer 4dr hardtop in very good original condition is a GY8 NYB that sold in October 2019 for $7,372.

It looks like a very nice car. If it's as nice as it looks, I don't think 10k is out of line. The 72 Chrysler front end never appealed to me but this one works for me.

FWIW, I thought hard about whether to buy the GY8 NYB in fall 2019. I had a long video inspection and liked what I saw/heard. It was in great original condition: no rust anywhere, all original. Even the rim blow worked (though not perfectly). On the downside, the H53 AutoTemp did not work, there were a couple of small dings on the RHS body, a couple of seams on the driver's seat were starting to fray, the power antenna switch needed replaced, the radio did not pick up (the 8-track worked), and the car had not been driven for a while so it needed a full tune-up. Like the car here, it needed new tires (good-looking but too old for my taste).

I hope that this information helps whoever buys the green NYer in Florida that is the topic of this thread.

Agreed, if it's as clean in person as it is in these photos, worth every penny. That upholstery and door cards are cherry.

Paint job, upholstery and door cards would cost $7-8k. I don't know about you but that's a $2-3k car all day.

Don't forget the power trunk,and AM/FM radio...LOL
Yes a plain NYer not a Brougham with the basic bench seat interior.

My dad had the exact same car when I was a kid. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it was replaced by a triple black 1972 Imperial.

Nice car when the hood is closed.
The valuation of these boats is broken. Turds for a lot of money, pigs with lipstick for a lot of money and then when the really nice car shows up it's overpriced -when it's not. Then it gets the nit pik. Nothing to pick on here just too much money for the car
