Here in Canada you need a registration and bill of sale otherwise the car is not allowed to leave Canada is a no go then from Customs they won’t release the car for export

I just got off the phone with the seller, he is firm on the $15000 the car needs work and is an 383 2bbl car. If someone wants it I can help with the export to the USA for a fee.

If he is doing that he will be in big trouble and maybe is getting banned from the USA , you need a Broker and he has to file the paperwork for export if he does it the first time I will cost him all set and done around $500usd
