I think I met him that same weekend as you did, and met you also? Out behind Wyatt's shop, on the weekend of a CATL. I didn't get to talk to him much, though, it was getting dark. As the saying goes, tomorrow is promised to no one. And sadly, this was Rip's last post before he passed.

I wish to thank everyone who participated in this year's CATL. It was great to meet members in person. Overall, it went pretty smoothly. The Studebaker Museum was an excellent choice of venue. Due to its size its a pretty tall order to see it all in one day. For those who appreciate the origins...
