is there any way you could cut the trunk lid channels/ gutters with enough side metal 2-3" to weld onto another car? my trunk lid channels have rust in the top corners have rusted through. thanks

the guy I got the car from put some crappy looking chrome covers on -- not sure of the fit and quality -- I have the originals so do you think getting a new gasket and putting those back on my be a solution?

Wondering what other model year/model/body style have exact same trunk lid as a 1968 Fury 3 convertible....we have a great pick your parts salvage yard nearby but they only have 65-68 hardtop and 4 doors.... Any dodge models use that trunk? Thx!!!!
