If you are looking for satellite parts I would research everything here...
Cool seeing the sunroof, but that vinyl top looks of questionable quality. It's peeling in spots, the C-pillar badges are missing, etc. It wouldn't stop me from enjoying it, but it would stop me paying $15k for it.
There has been a few complete roof assemblies for sale in the past years, but they are rare. It's easier to find a well-kept c-body with a sunroof than a donor roof. Or at least I assume that you're going to install a sunroof to a car that doesn't already have it. Am I correct?
Generally...
If the body/frame is sound, no rust, the previous asking price of $8,500 would be fair, considering it's a sunroof car. The photos are from 2020, hard to know how hiring it out has affected the car, post some pics here if you can.
...a totaled car but it was the most striking tri color car I ever saw.It was near that blue with a black vinyl top and that white interior..If I could go back in time I would have ordered that car in that color combo.Of course add the optional road wheels and power sunroof and it would be perfect!
...wanted this one since i first saw it here five years ago.
doing bus work now, and i dont like global economics (smell that? its called recession, IMO) right now :(.
Heck, i "lost" his ask in the market since this time yesterday.
I will still watch with great interest.
(btw, what sunroof?)
Good evening folks, the time has come to move Ginger along. No particular circumstance promoted it, just reality of not really being able to spend the time or money on her that she deserves. I'm confident and hopeful that someone on here can continue my venture.
$4,000 is my jump off point...
It was an expensive option very few cars would receive at the time. Great car! I have a '71 in the exact colours inside and out, it doesn't have the cassette on the hump but there is one on the roof (sunroof.) How many miles?
Hey Marko,
Solid sunroof numbers are so hard to come by, especially the C-bodies. Would you be so kind as to PM me and let me know your source for the numbers you posted. Thanks!
