The difference in the idle settings is because the two tags with the 750 idle speed and 5 degrees BTC and from a standard T code 440 in California while the one with 900 RPM and 2 1/2 degrees BTC is that the latter one is for a 440HP in California.
When you say sometime since driven are we talking months or years ? Either way if it ran when parked it is set to start. Only thing is your carb is dry. Prime the carb with a little mixed gas and let it idle up to operating temp to ensure all the gaskets come around and the thermostat isn't...
Oh ok, well I hope Trev can and will confirm this but it sounds like what I said that “I don’t need to sell it but make an offer” then. Good deal (pun intended)

Yeah since it's white I wonder if it was one of the original wheels for my 73 Polara Cop Car? The other 3 white wheels that came with it aren't H wheels though so I'm not sure.
Considering it is white, I'm wondering if it was on a truck. I have a 79 Ramcharger H wheel, but I think it is a 5-4.5 5.5" wide, not 6. My 81 Power Ram 150 had 5-5 6" wide wheels.
