https://www.forcbodiesonly.com/mopar-forum/threads/espo-looking-to-reproduce-a-fuselage-shackle.24698/ As far as I know ESPO never did manufacturer these as they had planned.

What rear leafs will work on a ‘71 Newport Royal coupe?

Best bet is to buy new. I used Spring and Suspension Specialists | ESPO Springs n Things as have others on here. B-body springs aren't going to work.

    Bad News from ESPO

This is also being discussed on FABO. Someone made a comment that supposedly or possibly ESPO was getting their leaf springs from here: https://www.johnrspring.com/leafsprings.html Actually, it's best to follow the FABO thread, as this "John R Springs" is turning out to be a red herring...

What rear leafs will work on a ‘71 Newport Royal coupe?

Another vote for ESPO. Same as @aaron72, they had mine done early and the quality is really nice. I was able to pick them up and they were genuinely nice people.

ESPO on FABO. ESPO Springs n Things So, age is definitely the big factor here. I can't blame them, I retired just after I turned 61.

Leaf Spring Replacement - Standard or HD

can that happen with a car with coil springs? My 71 Lemans does exactly what you describe, almost feels like the back is pulling the car back and forth. New shocks didn't help much

What rear leafs will work on a ‘71 Newport Royal coupe?

ESPO gave me an estimate of a 12 week delivery time, but they came in just shy of 8 weeks, and this was July/August of this year, so it may not be the full 4 months they are estimating.

    1966 Wagon C-Body Leaf Springs Spec's

I have Eaton on one of my cars and ESPO springs on another. I think that either ESPO or Eaton are good choices. IMHO, it all comes down to price with shipping.

Question about front eye bolt and nut for leaf springs

Thank you, guys. It was a bit of hardware I was unfamiliar with. Laura from ESPO confirmed that it is a Stover lock nut that uses distortion of the top threads to create the friction to reduce loosening exactly as CBODY67 described.

I got the notice that my ESPO springs should ship today and arrive mid next week. So maybe install them next weekend
