that is an aftermarket sunroof, prob done by an ASC dealer several years after the car was new. no c body had a glass roof from new. fwiw, i had a 74 riviera gs with power glass roof, it was done when the car was about 8 yrs old. it was an ASC roof

G-VON or M51 make a sunroof car. Some sunroof cars have the ASC sunroof yet do not have a G VON. The FQ5 1971 Newport 'vert that I bought with @detmatt's help and is now owned @saforwardlook has a G VON but no M51 code on its tag. This 1972 NYB one has both G VON and M51. Case closed :)

I have had so many 73-78 Sea Bodies over the years, but none with a sunroof option. As cool as they are I have always refused to buy any vehicle with a sunroof. It is guaranteed to leak. I even purchased my newer Challenger R/T over 10 years ago without a sunroof.

That's true. The sunroof was added after paint. It would've been too expensive to paint again.
