    My neighbor ruined my plans

Sorry to see the car damaged, if he was in NY he would have been arrested and taken away. Drving without insurance is a felony and they take it real seriorusly in NY. My friend was taking his Buick GN from a storage building on a farm (we can have winters and road salt here) down the road a mile...

Very good, I will round some up they may not all be a perfect match of width but they all came from C bodies so I know they fit. Most will be 15x6 regular steels I think one is 15x7 I seen. I'm trying to find some bare rims that I don't have to dismount. Be patient I'm in the middle of crazy...

A Wrapup of Goodbye and Good Riddance

I have the SSBC system up front Dont buy anything from SSBC I did find out you can solve the butter brakes problem by swapping the pads to EBC. Those pads saved my tail about 50 miles after installing them. I was on the highway in the city and honestly too close to the guy in front (along with...

    FI pump in tank

No. So far the pump has been solid at 60psi. If you want adjustability you'll have to go with an external regulator and probably a different pump/sender assembly.

NOT MINE NOT MINE An Original 15K mile 1971 Chrysler New Yorker Being Parted - A Damn Shame

My 2 cents: In all the years of stripping parts from cars in wrecking yards starting in 1970 and hundreds of trips to them rarely have I seen a car in there that was totaled. They were there because they were not worth fixing. 2 things are mostly the cause of this...the motor or transmission...

Which AC compressor. RV2 or Sandon on my 66 New Yorker

Great looking car! When the car was built, there were three a/c compressors which were used. GMs had the GM A-6, Fords had the Tecumseh-type (which most add-on systems also used), and Chrysler had their RV-2 compressors. All worked great and lived a long time, just needing R-12 gas and the...
