Thoughts on the value of a 1959 Dodge Coronet?

59 Dodges are super hot sh*t overseas... I wouldn't expect to get a 2 door for anywhere near 2500, I wouldn't expect to find one for less then 10k.. maybe, maybe one comes along but it won't happen overnight and you better be ready to pounce if it does.

Thoughts on the value of a 1959 Dodge Coronet?

That's a nice DeSoto. I think that model came with the 361. As long as the frames are good, I was never too worried about the floors. They can be had from several different model donor cars. You want to do them right, but they don't need a lot of bodywork. Just some quality seam sealer after...

Which AC compressor. RV2 or Sandon on my 66 New Yorker

It's a very good point that even if you get frost out of the vents the fan speed and lack of insulation are real challenges

That Pro-Trac 60 ad is so perfectly "70's". And that guy in the driver's seat with the blonde nuzzling up to him? I'm pretty sure that was me because I went to the Drive-In in the 70's. Except that I had a 'Cuda.

    Dumping gas

Thanks for all great info. guys. I have a Holley 4 barrel on it now. As I said before it’s doing the same thing with this new carb. I looked up on YouTube how to lower the float level and I quickly did it this morning before I left the house. Seems better already. I don’t smell the raw gas as I...

Speedometer block off plug for an early A727?

Oh thank you very much. (C body gods, Big_John hath spoken!) Lol So does that plug expand on compressing the lever? Or is the rubber plug selectable in size? Anywho, I'll take a closer look at it and buy it. Thank you very much.

NOT MINE 1968 Dodge Polara Convertible 440 Magnum - $28,700 Texas

Looked at the 1968 Polara brochure & every car pictured had the wheel trim & most had the rocker trim. However, there it was listed as an option for all cars except 500 (standard) but not available for wagons despite the pictured wagon having wheel lip trim. The original buyer was very frugal...

Thoughts on the value of a 1959 Dodge Coronet?

However, I have noticed prices falling slightly for these finned cars as unfortunately interest in them is declining so you may have opportunities to buy one at a reasonable price soon. If your interested I found this opportunity at the mopar spring fling. The guy was asking $4,500 and it’s a 2...
