For Sale OEM Mopar Throttle Return Spring Bracket

This is a OEM Mopar Throttle Return Spring Bracket. It came off of a 1961 Plymouth with the inline dual quad 383/343HP engine. I believe this was the original bracket to the manifold, but I'm not positive. It has two holes for two springs, so it should work with many different inline carb...

    TQ piston screw setup

Step up piston adjustment is an initial setting of 1.5 turns from fully seated. It is a very fine thread so be gental on finding bottom, I place my finger on the cross arm that connects the needles so I can feel when it bottoms. I lightly turn screw back and forth to confirm it is seated, then...

1971 Chrysler Newport Custom 383, rebuilding in Europe

For Medina, my T-code 1971 Monaco, I wanted to buy a Carter M4539, but at the time it could not be delivered fast enough by the few vendors carrying it -- so @71Polara383 picked up and installed a Precision 16110 from O'Reilly. Five years and almost 10k miles later, it is still running strong.

Gas, EV, Hydrogen, Diesel comeback....Which way are we going?

I've gone EV with my riding mower, push mower, weed wacker, leaf blower and, hedge trimmer. The rider will do mine and my neighbors yard (1 acre combined) on a charge and the push is for tight areas. Quiet and no fumes no picking up gas or filters, no tune ups or, wintering. I'll stick with my...

Gas, EV, Hydrogen, Diesel comeback....Which way are we going?

My carbon footprint reduction was purchasing a 2015 Ford Fiesta. 40 mpg. It doesn’t need lithium batteries. 110k miles and running great!

I feel like I owe you all an apology for going silent on this thread (and site for that matter). Looks like you put up some great puzzles lately. I started a new job a few months back which rearranged my priority list a bit. Good luck with that commercial ad. Aside from me saying ‘somewhere...

Gas, EV, Hydrogen, Diesel comeback....Which way are we going?

This was my attempt at trying to offset my ‘carbon footprint’. Then when my oldest started driving, we added a Bolt EUV to the fleet. Never thought I would actually use all three bays of my garage. Not pictured is the F-150…. I like to think of the fleet as being ‘carbon neutral’. (And yes...

Gas, EV, Hydrogen, Diesel comeback....Which way are we going?

i get your point chief. even in this context, the oceans are BIG. i am only referring to WATER ICE NOT ALREADY IN/ON the ocean. takes a lotta water (like trillions of gallons) to come into/flow out of the oceans to change the level. i learned Archimedes' buoyancy math in the fifth grade...

    TQ piston screw setup

It is the override to make sure the metering rods are all the way up at WOT/no chance of them being pulled down by vacuum. The power piston that controls the metering rods bridge will be all the way against the retainer at rest with no vacuum/engine off. Hold open throttle at WOT and make sure...

Gas, EV, Hydrogen, Diesel comeback....Which way are we going?

I've said this before, not under these circumstances. Most people really do not comprehend how big the oceans are. The cup of water and beaker are a neat demonstration. It's more like a cup of ice in a Olympic size swimming pool. Adding the ice to a full glass is only the ice in Antarctica...

    For Sale Window regulator mechanisms

C body Plymouth Fury widow regulators. This is a pair left & right. These came off a 1968 Plymouth Fury four door sedan. These are for the rear doors. Pretty sure they will fit similar Dodge C body cars. They work well. I rolled the windows up & down before I removed them. $20 each plus shipping.

Rear air deflector test mounted, and a custom made solid hitch - i bet it would tow a 2 ton cbody ;) The doors and hood were all junk, and are being rebuilt at the body shop now. The cowl has also being cut open and is being patched. Wouldnt want water intrusion on a new carpet ;)
