Josh Gates and the Raiders of the Lost Production Records

I like Josh Gates. He’s an archeologist/adventurer with a show on the Discovery Channel called Expedition Unknown. You know, one of those shows that they set out looking for answers and by the end of the show they’re really not much closer to finding those answers but they interest me and he’s...

    too lazy for torque specs

I’m not sure what year the change happened but this has the larger return nipple like my ‘64’s do.

    Three way seat concern

Start applying a good quality penetrating oil. I prefer Kroil but PB Blaster is more common and is decent.

    WANTED Bumper Jack BASE ONLY

I actually looked at the base in my silver ‘67 which I would bet on it being the original as it still has the original spare tire in it even and compared to the one in my other ‘67 which I’m almost as certain is the original and they aren’t even the same as each other. The 2 on the right in the...

It was a great show and swap and it was nice to Mark again and I was glad to meet Tim. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate towards the afternoon.

    Power Window Motor Repair

Those are assist springs and they should be there. They basically “lighten” the window so the window motor doesn’t have to work hard to lift dead weight.

    My neighbor ruined my plans

I wouldn’t think Hagerty would agree to insure a vehicle that didn’t have inside storage. Iirc I had to provide a picture of my storage situation.
