I don’t believe those numbers mean anything to help further answer your questions. You’ll find similar on all of the stamped sheet metal chassis and body parts.

If you need these for your ‘66 they would be 1 year only with the valve stem clearance. @marty mopar The ones without the valve stem clearance would actually be 1967 through 1969.
