Picked up this set of four 15 x 7“ wheels from a 80s Fifth Avenue. Just noticed there’s a bit of a dent in one of the rims. Can it be repaired?

Did our beautiful Slab Sides have anything to keep the rear seat belts from sliding down into the crack between the rear seat back and seat bottom when new? Or was it just such a tight fit that they wouldn't slip down and get lost in "Narnia?" Perhaps my rear seat bottom has too big a gap . . .

Thanks everyone. I thought I saw on one of the "wheel identifier" sites that some Fifth Avenues came with 5 x 4" bolt patterns, so I was confused. From what I'm reading here, they are all 5 x 4.5", with the 3 nubs for dog dishes, and are 15" x 7". Hoping to pick them up by Monday.

Will 15" wheels off of a mid 80s Fifth Avenue fit a C Body. Supposedly they are 15" with a 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern. I don't know if it's an M-body or an R-body, and the salvage yard is confirming they are 5 x 114.3mm and not 5 x 100mm. Also hoping they have the 3 "nubs" for dog dish hub caps...

Where does one find the "throttle spring bracket" that is seen in Stan's installation?

I feel like I've seen this done once before. I'm guessing (just a guess) that if you have all of the '68 parts on hand, it should just be a matter of removing the original stuff and bolting on the newer stuff. My guesses have been wrong before though, so take it with a grain of salt. I'd wait...

Is there someone who “redoes” these dash pads?? Honestly, it’s in good shape for 58 years old. I’m just gonna keep it hydrated and maybe glue those cracks to try and “seal” them.

I know these aren’t that bad, but is there something I can do to prevent them from getting worse? I was thinking maybe CA glue? I recently started using Meguiar’s 57 to help preserve it.
