    62 Newport quarter patch panel?

I'm gearing up for a restoration on a 62 Newport 4 dr. I'm needing a wheel arch repair panel for the left rear quarter. I don't need a full quarter just the area around the wheel opening. I'm not aware of any patch panel being reproduced, open for suggestions. Thanks in advance!

    Carb question

I transplanted a 1966 383 4bbl into my 62 newport. I had an edelbrock 750 cfm carb on the shelf and decided that was a good place for it...no way. The carburetor deck on the stock 383 intake is too narrow for the 750 cfm carb. Any suggestions what ( easily sourced ) carb to use?

Effects of sitting 33 years in a dirt floor shed

Sitting in a dirt floor shed for 33 years was more than even this old 361 could handle. #7 cylinder obviously was sitting with open exhaust valve allowing moisture penetration. The cure? '66 383 4 bbl should fit nicely in "Grace", the '62 Newport.

    TVI...Turbo Vapor Injector...anybody remember?

Found this under the hood of dad's old '62 Chrysler: TVI Turbo Vapor Injector. I vaguely remember him installing it in the mid-70's after the first gas crisis. It had a pink liquid that fed to the carb base via a 5/16 fuel hose. Supposed to increase mpg's. Dad swore it actually worked. I'll...
