    What a Rush

Well no dyno numbers bc I don't want to waste the cash till the upgraded fuel system goes on. I'm in Co so I loose a bit but sea level was aiming for mid 6-700 at the wheels. I can tell you it pulls the driver side front right up and it just roast the tires sides just about, so with some...

Removing the dash to access the wiring?

So I went through all the wires in the engine bay for the most part other than messing with the block on the fire wall area. I made sure all my grounds where nice and tight and even scuffed off some of the paint to make a better ground. I had some items still connected such as my electric fan...

Removing the dash to access the wiring?

So I've replaced most of the engine wiring with 14g and solder ends. Up under the dash is the concern right now. It appears that some wires are just cut and hanging and I would like to take or pull the dash out some to access the wires and change rhe bulbs. In the past I took apart most of...

Been about a year now since I joined and went from a tired 383 to a 505;) Over thus past winter I built a 505, rebuilt transmisson and upgrade ld the spline from 19 to 24 with a shift kit and installed a 3:91 Detroit locker rearend. Worked on the body with hopes of paint next year ;) Future...

    Hood scoop on a 66

I agree! I have my stock one up against the wall, between the manifold, carb spacer and the total brigh of the carb I'm right above the cowl. Now add my air cleaner and I'm about 5 inch above that lol. I may as well hold off on the hood, I may cut mine one day but need to upgrade the brakes...

    Hood scoop on a 66

The stance is perfect! Do you run a hood at all anymore? I'm debating on just keeping mine off vs spending the extra cash. The extesing hood springs should come right off without having to remove the fenders or cowl correct? Looks to be a pin that's pressed through holding it into place...
