The ammeter is missing from my 71 Imperial. For those of you with a 1970 - 1972 Imperial handy, is the "D" and the "C" printed on the ammeter itself or is it printed on the clear window for the ammeter? It's hard to tell from this photo:

Need just the 1971 Imperial ammeter, but will accept the whole gauge panel. See photo for correct 1971 style, at lower right of panel.

Prefer to get just the ammeter for a 1971 Imperial, but if you've got the whole panel, that will do.

The gas tank on my '71 Imperial is not delivering fuel. I'm going to have to lower/remove the tank to check it out. The tank has the 4 vents going into the vent-tank (not the vertical tube) at the front of the tank. Before I drop the tank, does anyone have any advice on what not to do when...
