This looks like what would be considered a class I tow bar. Good up to 2,000 lbs total trailer weight, and 200 lbs tongue weight. Probably won't bolt up to a 1977 Chrysler. The brackets are designed to bolt to the bumper and its body attachment points.

Looks like 75% of parts are missing, however he went out of his way to state that the headlight bezels are also missing. Good job.

I didn't know that manual meant no remote in this case. With a remote control cable, to me, the mirror is still adjusted "manually" via the control.

Does it include the cable and control toggle?

Those wide plastic pieces (at 3 and 9 in the top photo) look like they belong to the front bumper set, the verticals next to the fenders. Do you have the long trim and filler pieces that go along the top of the rear bumper?

If I had known I could have listed my old bias-ply spare with the wheel for $300 I would have... I don't think the above is worth that much, though. But I didn't, I needed a functional spare so ditched the bias ply and have a 5th road wheel spare with modern radial in the trunk. The old wheel...
