Well, after keeping up with this thread. I decided to see if I could get my system working. The previous owner charged it with 134 before I bought it. My father test drove the car a month before I got to pick it up two years ago he said it worked then, and I haven't bothered to try it. So...

If you don't have a Mopar parts book, get one. Find the factory PN, and shop from there. That's how you find most of your parts for these cars.

You might just replace the rusty nipples the hoses are being clamped to, there seems to be more pitting there than should be. I would wager, if you changed those your problem would be gone.

Consider this, there are NO new or newer cars that run their fans constantly. All of them turn on and off when needed. Running the fan constantly wears the fan out, and taxes the charging system big time. I have an electric fan assembly from Be Cool on my El Camino, it came with everything...
