    Vogue tyres - opinions

The 68's did come with triple white. I was leaning toward the Vogues because the stripe is a little wider than the Nexens/Cooper/Khumo (but not nearly as wide as the whites that look like they belong on a Packard) and resemble the thickness of the triple whites.

    Vogue tyres - opinions

I'm still stuck in the dugout, not even up to bat on these. I'm looking for 2-3 (one extra for the spare) Imperial wheels to replace the Lincolns that came on the rear when I bought the car.

    power Brake Booster Check Valve

I'm having the exact same problem. I accidentally whacked one of mine with my elbow and snapped off the vacuum port. I called Booster Exchange and they said you can buy the valves on the "shop" section of the website. Problem is, there is no shop section or anything other than the "about us"...

    Tire age...again...

I say replace them. For no other reason other than a new set is definitely cheaper than the repairs to that beautiful Imperial if one of those treads becomes a 25lb flail at 60mph. My buddy's truck needed a new bed side after an 8 year old tire cut loose on him.

    Lug nuts frozen - HELP!

Correct. The forward rotational force was supposed to keep them tight from what I understand. This little quirk is precisely why I always bring my rims only to the tire shop and forego the 18-30 year old technicians snapping the studs while trying to dismount them.

    Lug nuts frozen - HELP!

Haha! I'm actually talking to Craig (Mobileparts) about getting a correct set as the ones from my original drums are a little too short for the rotor.

    Lug nuts frozen - HELP!

I'm having a hell of a time getting my lugnuts off on my 66 300. I moved to Mississippi recently so I think rust may be the issue. I've used my 1/2" impact with 1000lb/ft of torque but no luck. I've also tried jumping on a breaker bar to "shock" the rust loose. Still lo luck. Any...

Where so i find cheap socket for upper ball joints on my '65 new yorker?

Yeah, sorry if I confused anyone. That's the only active ebay link I could find for a Sunex. The 1 59/64 is what I bought.

    1966 Chrysler 300 Rag Joint

The spring is your horn ground. One of the round loops broke on mine as well. I just made a new one with copper wire. I'll give you a call in the morning about the "metal box".

    1966 Chrysler 300 Rag Joint

Soak the crap out of them for an hour or so with PB Blaster. Then get a helper to hold the wheel while you work the Allen wrench. It's a tight work area but it can be done.

Front End Rebuild Kit - 1966 300 WITH Factory Disc Brakes

X2 on Craig with Mobileparts. The lower ball joints may be your only problem as they are not produced by any aftermarket vendor.

Wow! Those look great! What's it like to have an almost endless selection of tires?

After 4 years I think I finally found my problem.

I did mine with a cheap drill mounted hone from RA. They came out great. The pistons are available too but mine cleaned up with some 0000 steel wool. I have a spare set of pistons if you can't find them elsewhere.

After 4 years I think I finally found my problem.

Wow! I used the original ones that came on my parts car as well. Those are becoming hard to find new.
