Who makes a seat cover for a front bench seat for 74 Fury III or monaco?

Let me know if you can find a new windshield...last time I checked nobody was re-popping them for Formals anymore and it was used only as an option.

    1968 Chrysler 300 Upper Dash Pad...is this a cover?

Looks like a custom/ one-off home stitched, then glued on vinyl to me. Probably done by an upholstery shop.

    Power windows issue

Pinions...do you mean the pucks in the gear head of the motor? If so, use steel nuts as per the repair thread I did and you never have to do the repair again. You also will not have to consider some other modification.

Forget having a spare! I need a functioning one. I suspect this is a big part of the season I have no lights at all on my vert. This and the headlight switch which will need to be rebuilt. I consider this part of my ongoing parts search. I want to have a complete car to restore before I tear...

68 Chrysler turn signal switch replacement with Tilt Telescoping Column

    Electric window disconnect?

Pop the switch out from the other side...gently pry. Once out, you'll see that white connector is flat with 5 (I think) round hope that the small pins in the switch pop into.

Lower rear seat cushion- Push to rear of car about 2 inches, then lift, then pull toward you. Once its out you've exposed the bolts holding the back in. Remove, then push up to remove.

Condensation varies with the climate of the region you are in, naturally. The condensation you are experiencing is unfortunately normal for the soggy PNW for vehicles outside.

12 month restoration comes down to....

Yes, drill out the rivets that hold the regulator to the door first. Then you can slide the regulator out of the tracks on the door and glass. Once the regulator is free, lay it on the bottom of the door. Then pull the glass out. Then replace the regulator assembly. Reverse the process. Use...

12 month restoration comes down to....

I have removed/ installed the glass on Formals many times before...but I am confused are you pulling the glass or regulator? First step is to unbolt the black guide at the top of the door. Mark the location well to keep your glass adjustment.

Any tips on fitting in molded carpet?

I just laid it in place and placed the seat over it...mine is 9 pass and the carpet does not go as far back as what I see in the pics. Is yours a 6 pass? For the footwell, I used 2 pieces of carpet.
