"Necessary"improvement (..says my wife..) in the garage is ventilation unit. Exhaust air warming incoming air with heat exchanger. Unit works just fine and ones again wife was right! I did also light weight partition wall. And very important item, first aid cabinet and not just some cabinet...

I think this is tool for drilling perpendicular holes to any flat surface. Just connect hand drill in it and put your drill in it's chuck. In that left upright vertical rod is depth adjustment.
