I removed the two upper bolts by taking out the tail lights. No problem . I see four lower bolts under the bottom of bumper that looks like the only way to them is to remove lower balance. Is that correct or does anyone have other suggestions?

SMS fabrics is great! I have used them several times and they have always been able to match my fabric and vinyl to correct factory specs. It may cost a little more but it is correct material and that is what you want if you want it back to original.
