I believe they are the later style 74-78 as the wheels came from a 77 New Yorker. The center cap part # is 3699011

I used cleaning vinegar to remove the rust from the road wheels i am putting on my wagon. I soaked absorbable puppy pads then wrapped the wheel with them and let them sit for about a week then was able to use a wire brush green scotch pads to remove all the residue.

Have decided to go with all chrome center with the factory c-body cap. Fronts are done & mounted need to strip the rears & get 2 tires will be a winter project just don t have the time to do them right now.

I second Craig @ Mobileparts. I bought a brand new Wagner M/C when i upgraded to front disc brakes 2 years ago and just replaced it because it started to leak fluid. I bought a replacement from Craig problem solved.

Rings came with the wheels.must be after market as there is no part number on them.
