I have 2 parts for the midnight Charger: 4106360 right roof side molding 4106362 right QTR window insert my 1977 part book dated Feb 1978 has a page in the exterior section showing all the exterior parts that are different for the Midnight Charger SE another odd one that year was the Cordoba...

The 426 Hemi could pass anything on the road except a gas station. That was another one back in the day and how true it was.........

When the 1979 300 cars were new the dealerships still had them on the lot for a long time before they sold. One here in Scottsdale AZ had them well into the next model year on the lot. Don't know if this was common.

those are rain deflectors

no matter what: they didn't get crushed or scrapped so at least they still are there. better than nothing at all. Of course it would have been nice if they had been in a heated, dry garage....
