Gentlemen, I have a 66 Fury 3 and having electrical issues and figure its time to bit the bullet and go through all the wiring. In order to remove the dash I need to remove the windshield is that correct?

Sorry about the torque shaft assembly for my cbody 66 Plymouth Fury 3 and I can just not get this thing to work! The directions are Beyond poor. Has anybody else use this particular adapter before and if so do you have any pictures you can show me I mean I have tried Every Which Way but Loose
