I am trying to find the yellow part within the red circle in the attached picture. There is a rubber seal on the inside of it and from what I can tell the lower steering column bearing should ride inside the yellow piece. Does anyone know where to get that "seal"?

I need to replace the bushings on the sway bar. Does anyone know how to do this? The bracket has no split in it to separate it to pull the bushing out.
