The fresh air intake hose on the 68 Fury (non AC) is boogered. It’s the hose that attaches to the heater box and the passenger side area near the kick panel (odd shaped oval). Does anyone know what the part number is? And where it might be available?

I’m cleaning up the heater box from Elwood, my 68 Fury II 4 door sedan. It doesn’t have AC. Can I remove this piece? (The steel) It appears to be swedged onto the shaft that it pivots on.
