Looking for one more 15 x 6-1/2 wheel for my 66 Town and country. The three I have now are original Chrysler wheels. I'll be at Mopars in the park next month if someone has one they're willing to part with. Otherwise can I find this size new?

6.5" wide wheels were specific to C-body station wagons, whether 14" or 15" rim diameters. There was a variation of Rallye Wheel that was on 1976 Charger SE cars, which was 15x6.5, though.

So, after a little research this is what I found:
The 1966 parts catalog does not list a 15 x 6.5 wheel. The P/N for the 15 x 6 wheel is 2781585
There is a 14 x 6.5 wheel listed as a "deep dish" wheel
The P/N's I found for 15 x 6.5 wheels I found are:
70-71 2944155
72-74 3621956
The truck catalog lists 2 P/N 15 x 6.5 4&1/2 BC wheels:
3699222 and 4126760 for 78-81 MY applications (I'm not sure why there are 2 P/Ns)
I had a 15 x 6.5 (4&1/2 BC) wheel from a 78 Dodge Ramcharger. I believe it was stamped "H" (I have to look if I still have it)
I do know the "police car" wheels were stamped "H" and were 15 x 6.5 prior to the 15 x 7 "slotted" wheels. I think the slotted wheels started in 1977
I also think Chrysler did not have a 15" wheel with "knubs" for the hubcaps until 1969. That is why the Police/Taxi wheel from 60-68 used clip on hub caps

I couldn't find any reference to the original application of the 4238040 P/N wheels you have

Yes, I believe the car came with 14" wheels originally. Read somewhere else the 6-1/2 wide wheels were from wagons but I can't verify that.

Starting in the middle 1960s, the first use of 15" wheels, not related to the optional (starting in 1966) power front disc brake option, was in the 1969 model year for all C-bodies (15" wheels became standard, again). Which generated the 15x6.5" steel wheels (designed for hub caps and wheel covers) for the station wagon applications. I suspect that light duty (i.e., 1/2 ton) pickups had been on 15" wheels for a good while, but nothing as wide as 6.5" rim width (usually 15x5.5s or 15x6s, I suspect).

Thank you cbody67. That narrows it down. I'll keep my eyes open for parts picker wagons 69-newer.
