1957 Dodge COE - $18,000 - Phillipsburg, Missouri

FB Description

1957 Dodge COE. Completely restored 20 years ago and sat inside closed up building every since. Brakes will have to be redone. Has a 341 hemi firedome engine. Zero rust. Paint is still in beautiful condition. This was a off frame restoration when it was done. Tire's were put on new but never saw the light of day. No cracks or rot. Asking $18000. Truck will need to be transported but you can drive it on to the transport. Nine(see ad). Clear clean title in hand. Fuel tank will have to be removed and cleaned. They left fuel in the tank and the inside rusted. I cleaned and replace all fuel lines and filter. The carburetor has also been rebuilt. The engine runs and sounds good. The truck needs a complete brake job before it will be road worthy. Any questions call nine(see ad)

That’s nice to see, usually the COE’s are turned on the ReatoMods or the cabs are given a new life on modern day chassis, which I like to see however it’s cool to see one restored with all of its original equipment.

Love your truck. Low price… unobtanium. Won’t see another! I also have one in process… much more spent. Are you sure it’s a ‘57? Maybe late ‘57 as those cheeks running back into the doors line up with the 1958 and later dodge conventional sheet metal. ‘58 conventional had grille facelift, coes did not. Mine is a ‘57 ( but no serial number to go by ) does not have those cheeks, nor the ram’s head on hood center ( mine has horizontal chrome strip instead) and perhaps you chromed those
Hood hinges. Or was it a deluxe cab… as mine had painted hinges and painted bumper. Wish I had room for it, would come get it today! Great price. Rare truck.
