That would have been an RB 383 from the factory.
Has the top ID pad Like any RB engine.

The RB 383 came in 2bbl and 4 bbl versions

1960 SVC manual notice two different 383 engines

4.25 bore 3.375 stroke
4.031 bore and 3.75 stroke

The 413 could have been an option? Rare, I would think or maybe a swap at some point in the last 60 years.
 
Who in the hell sold the idea of the golden lion?
And why? Probably took two years for the bean counters to figure it out.

A friend went to look at it. It’s a 383 RB engine. It’s stamped on the Top pad

A 413 is not an optional engine for a Saratoga.
