Good looking car. I like it. but on the other hand, unsure of exactly how easy the rust would be to fix or how easy replacement quarter panels would be to find. What engine? 318? Did I miss it?

Either he is an amateur who doesn't know a lot about cars or is the opposite and does know but hopes the buyer doesn't. That rust on the wheel arches won't be so minor once you strip the paint off and start cutting out bad metal. Kind of like Mohs surgery.
