1966 Chrysler 300 Convertible - $13,500 - Scotts Valley, California

FB Description

1966 Chrysler 300 convertible 383 auto 1 of approximately 2500 built for that model year. True survivor car original paint. Engine runs smooth and trans shifts great. Fun to drive. Electric top works perfect no rips or tears. Solid interior new fuel sender, headers, starter. Good tires hub caps included. Car is not perfect but far from a basket case. Only rust I found is in corner of trunk lid. It’s all there if you want to restore it or just drive and enjoy it. $13500 OBO Text or Call: [hidden information]

Am I tripping or is there something weird going on with the passenger side front wheel opening? I see it was too much effort to snap on the WHEEL COVERS for the photo shoot.

no defiantly damaged. maybe a bad tire blow out? friend on mine had that happen on his super duty last year not a recap i think just age of the tire.

Can't tell, but wheels might be 15" and might be why the wheelcovers aren't installed.
Odd that it has headers yet is still single exhaust.

There's a similar wrinkle on the drivers front wheel arch, but it's ahead of the wheel.

That rust-through on the underside of the trunklid is odd. Could this be from the car living near the ocean for most of its life? I wonder what the undercarriage looks like.

This car didn't spend all its time in California. At least some time at Fort Totten in Queens, NY.
