1966 Imperial Lebaron 4dr hardtop, 440 V8 , showing 71,500 miles. California car, body is straight and virtually rust free . The car runs and goes into gear , but has been stored for a long time. I purchased this car a few months ago from photos and talking to the previous owner. The owner really overestimated(lie) the overall condition of the car , it is not junk but not worth the 10k I paid. It was billed as a survivor car that just needed a good cleaning , truth is it needs attention in quite a few areas. The body is in great shape with almost zero rust and very few dings. The engine seem strong but but shows signs of oil leaks from the valve covers and pan. The interior will need a new dash pad and headliner and refinishing of some wood trim. The car is mostly complete save for a small piece of trim missing from the passenger side rocker molding. Windshield and side glass are in good condition. At $4750 I am taking a huge loss but think my asking price is realistic . Any questions just ask. If the ad is up the car is still for sale .
