This marlin was based on the intermediate rambler chassis styled as a huge fastback. This amc is a 1966 amc marlin fastback coupe with a V8 327 automatic has 250 horsepower from the factory. The interior in the car is all original and in great shape, all the factory options still work heat, clock, tachometer. They only produced 4547 marlins. The marlin was created to compete with the ford mustangs and the plymouth barracudas but was built on the 112'' wheel base rambler classic chassis placing it in the midsize class. The marlin was the first fastback in the segment and it was offered with a variety of engines, this car came with the V8 327CI automatic and has thrush wheels on it. I want $14,000. for the car or maybe consider a trade for a muscle car like a camaro, gto, chevelle, or even a newer sports car please no junk this is a beautiful car?

The 67 with the longer front end Looks way better IMHO, but they're even rarer.

There's a woman that owns a red one near here... I'm told she gets really upset when someone calls it a Charger.

Just like the Formal Lincoln/Cadillac guys on this board. ;)

I like the rear side glass and the trim treatment behind it on this car.

It's funny looking at our C bodies that nose looks so short on that Marlin, the proportion is all wrong.

I don't understand guys like this Numbskull.
He has a beautiful and very unique cool car and wants to get into a Chevy that are a Dime a dozen. I hope an AMC guy buys this so it will be appreciated.

always liked those cars... I dont see too much coming out of Maine

There are actually some here. There are 3 or 4 extensive collections near me. There are several of the old fashioned junk yards with plenty of tired iron too. Trouble I run into is the owners of these yards are C body guys and will give up a kidney before stuff I need.
