Looks like it has factory cruise and also aftermarket cruise.... weird..

Well... the factory cruise (of which I am fairly well experienced at repairing) is notorious for breaking down - both the dash dial and the actual servo .

Likely cheaper to add aftermarket cruise than to source and repair the parts so difficult to find...
