Nothing that cannot be fixed!! Maybe it's easier for me to say that, since I do my own body work. To me, that's relatively minor. As long as the frame is solid, and there aren't large holes in the floor or trunk, side patch panels can be welded in. Just gotta find good metal to weld too.
