How come one picture has a 68 Dash and steering wheel and in the other its a 65-66 Dash, wheel?

If your could find all of that for any cheaper I’d love to see it, I’ve seen consoles alone sell for $500. But I suppose if someone isn’t selling something for 200 bucks it’s not a good deal
