Looks like a half-way decent 4 door slabby HT. I've seen rust problems that were much worse than what I see here. Price is a bit optimistic, but it may not be too firm.

Living in the south, when I see frame rust...kind of worries me.

At least can't detect any severe Frame rust in the pics. A solid fix of These bubbles, most likely rusted through from the inside, on the left quarter (not sure about the right one as there are no good pics) will be hard to blend into the old paint Job.
