I've seen a "Fargo" in the US before. My parents used to own one. It came by it's name a lot like yours did (probably.) It was a 77 or 78 Tradesman outfitted for camping. we were on a vacation in Canada (somewhere between Ontario and Alberta) out in the boonies and drive past a town dump (official or otherwise- not sure) and we see an old "Fargo" sitting there. 5 minutes with a socket set and we were a "Fargo" too!
