Anyone have any idea who makes BB headers?

Your best bet for a good fit is TTI.

TTI doesn't have them. Hooker has only an 1 3/4" header. Not going to work with 550 HP.

I have hooked 5113hk headers. They may be 1 3/4. They work fine for your hp level. They are in my 496 build that synod at around 600hp

They’ll work better than no headers.
