Clearance questions for 360 headers

Hello again everytime I have a question yall seem to be infinite source of knowledge so I wanted to ask how I could check for clearance for long tube headers for 1972 dodge polara 360 if theres somthing online if I canr find anything ill buy shorty headers but their not as good for hp so any info or if someone has pics would be much appreciated thank you

Personally, I'd go for the shorter ones rather than the longer ones. Reason? Possible interference with transmission shift linkages. NOT to mention that most of the longer ones compromise ground clearance, being generally lower in the area they parallel the body.

The longer tubes can produce more mid-range torque and they can be more-even length in nature before the collector for better scavenging in all rpm ranges. Their "real estate consumption" in those goals can be too much, all things considered. Vertically and horizontally. Plus possibly greater heat intrusion through the front floorboards.

With the shorter headers, the main issues will be the steering gearbox and possibly the power brake booster. I suspect that anything might be better than the stock manifolds? Thicker gauges (lower numbers) of the tubing is best. Then the quality wire-mesh-enclosed header flange gaskets are the best, too.

I'm not sure what TTI might offer for a LA motor, though.
