1968 Imperial quarter window issue.

A few months ago I replaced the passenger side quarter window motor (because it didn’t work).
After replacing it, the window went up & down.
Fast forward to now, it’s not going up, nor down.
I can hear the window motor working, window isn’t doing anything.
What could be the issue? Adjustment?

Broken nylon clip?? Do you have a bore scope camera?

The gear on the motor is made on a rubber biskit that can shear off. Take it apart and check it out To be sure.
