1968 Plymouth Fury VIP 383 4 door hardtop. Bought a few months ago to clean up and get running after it sat for 1 1/2 years. Car was bought new in Johnstown, Pa. Have drove it about 250 mile so far and it’s a great cruiser! Has some rust on the rockers as shown in pictures. The underneath and body seems are very nice. Looks like it had a repaint in the 80’s I’d assume. Vinyl top is shrinking some and has a few small blemishes. Heater core leaks so I bypassed it. Can send more pictures as requested. Could only add 20. New parts I added consist of 4 new tires, muffler, fuel pump and line to carburetor, rebuilt carburetor, plugs, wires, oil, filter, trans oil and filter, front brake shoes, repack wheel bearings, new radiator, (have original) belts, hoses, rear shocks. Feel free to ask any questions.

If that is the extent of the rust on that VIP, even at the back window, I'd be OK with that considering the nice set of trim this car seems to have.
Rust much easier to fix than finding that trim!
I would ensure to have the seller give me a screw-count on the trim, though - how many wood screws have been used to hold it on.
