funny, there is a '70 newport rag in maine i tried to look at twice while i was up there, owner didn't return my calls, same color body with gorgeous gold interior and wht top, 41K for $6000.

it's maybe 45 mins from this car.

I swear the survival rate for these chrysler rags is at least 33%

yup......it's sickening, and I had 5 cl ads @ the same time for a '70 polara rag, did not draw one out, but these are popping up like dandelions the day after the grass is cut.

:laughing4:..I am telling you and you dont seem to wanna listen. I searched for 23 years before I found my car. The first rust free car I had found. They aren't out there. Now there may be a few hiding but waiting for them is silly. You had your keeper

Same here, I tried for that car as well, talked to the owner back and forth...he sent me a bunch of pics, but he was holding out for more than I was willing to pay for it. About 6mons later he called me back to say he'd let it go for what I was offering but then I was no longer interested.

small mopar world.

I'm listening now, but it's a bit too late, and as far as the keeper......water under the bridge.

maybe i'll visit you between x-mas and thanksgiving

You keep saying water under the bridge but I like to whip a dead horse till it bleeds.........

the horse has bled out already........you needed to beat it before i f'rd up, not afterward

besides, if i end up looking @ donald's car and it runs like he says, life will be good again.

I did and you didnt listen. I have earned the right to break your stones. If you buy Donalds car are you gonna ***** no buckets and console?

yes, and it looks better than the $5495 one ot me.....ben for sale awhile, ifigured i might be able to get it for 5K, the lower qtrs are real nice, i was abt 40 mins away from it but they never called me back......once again, advertise it all over, but don't bother to court a buyer when you get an inquiry.

no, but I may look around for some....and if i do buy it, i want those blue panels. i have 2 concerns with donald's car, once i look @ it they'll be qualmed or realized. if they are qualmed, we will talk price and see if he and i can meet.

going to try and call abt those wheels in md, may go down and look @ them next weekend. I must say though, that donald's car looks great with what he has on it

Yeah, I agree the seller was a bit of a D-head, another reason why I blew him off.

I wish you'd find something soon.......by the way, I have buckets and a console you may be interested in.
