It looks like a 4 door hard top so....I’m guessing it isn’t a Dodge Pursuit, but it does have a door light....

Hard to see but if you stop the video @ 2min 55-56seconds and look through the windshield it seems to be a sedan.

It could be a Police package car, sort of doubt it (it has fender top turn lights).
It may have been used by a Police department, some departments purchased regular cars.

They replayced the antenna but the old antenna holder on the fender is still there….
