It has a RED 383 Hood Ornament. I believe that is an indication of a HP 383. Facebook post is in Coopersburg, PA but the seller seems to target European sales. Not sure what's up with that.

Nice car, looks like a 2bbl air cleaner, need pic of plate

If anyone is interested I would be VERY caustious. International flipper and as stated in the ad and the below truck pic, it was repainted.....what else was done.

new tires, brakes, steering box, driver seat upholstery, paint etc...

Definitely don't see nice VIPs for sale very often, paint looks very orange peel to me,I would get eyes on it before getting too excited. The price seems too low coming from a dealer

The selling dealer is a FCBO member.

I'm not aware of anyone having any complaints about the cars he sells. As with most all classic car dealers, his prices are going to be higher than what we would usually want to pay.

Being a northeastern car, one would want to check to see if any significant rust repairs have been done to it.

Looks to be a local car, sold new in Emmaus, PA. Dealer is in Coopersburg, PA which is about 10 miles away.

Odometer shows 46,606.2 (?)

Brake pedal wear shows 100,000+ miles IMHO

I'm not trying to tear the car down, it still looks like a very promising car for a fair price but I would rather buy the car before all the work was done to resell it. Just my opinion.
