CM27T0C247921 went up for sale on FB in Ohio yesterday. From the ad:

"1970 Chrysler 300 convertible, matching 440 and trans, interior, top, boot and chrome all original. Build sheet, window sticker and original special order sheet. Ownership history to new along with a book of recpts. No rust ever. Some repaint which I would call amatuer. Awesome driver."

These two photos look familiar. I’m almost certain the same car was for sale in Red Deer, Alberta some years ago.

Beautiful car, anyhow.

Hi, would you have the contact information of the owner selling this red Chrysler convertible? I can't seem to locate it on facebook.

I am not on FB (I only access the public pages on FB Marketplace), and do not have the seller's contact info. Sorry!

Here are a few more photos that the seller posted on FB. @69CoronetRT and @cuda hunter should be delighted to see the fender tag, build sheet, order sheet and window sticker:

Yeah, good luck with that asking price.
They're also asking near-$30k for a 63 Chrysler 300 non-letter, and $29k for a mid-80s Monte Carlo SS.
Regardless of how nice, none of these 3 cars are worth anywhere near that.

CM27T0C247921 is "upcoming" on AutoTrader. The asking price is now $44,970. Jeez, if I'd bought this 300 in 2018, then on paper I would have almost tripled my investment.

CM27T0C247921 is now listed by Joe Basil Chevrolet of that asking price. Lots of high-res pics. Included here are the build sheet, window sticker, anonymized invoice, and CT 1993 inspection card (consistent with the story I got when I almost bought this car a few years ago from the 4th owner).

Yes, it has drum brakes.

Seems like it has a new windshield sometime recently? Didn't this one have a cracked one when sold previously?

Car is now definitely benefitting from a significant buffing and much better pictures.
Whether the public is offering better money for it (vs the prior $27k asking price) is unknown.
I would say this latest top bid is pretty fair for this car.
