sorry for the late reply. My cell phone was out of service and our internet was also out of service. We had a cell tower destroyed due to weather or a rock slide.
The seller of this vehicle is very honest. Not a mopar guy but a car guy. His uncle gave him the starting price of the car as he sees that as the value. There may be more documentation in another state for the car but the seller is dealing with an elderly uncle with this so might not find the other docs.

sales bank car with a couple cool options. I'm surprised this car has not sold yet. What am I missing?
It does appear that someone broke off the square inspection tag since the rivets are still installed on the trim tag.
I used to not like Y2 Sunfire yellow at all (briefly had a Y2 69 RR with white top and interior) but it’s grown on me.
Especially with Black top and interior, if this model had been offered with some black trim/accents it would set that color off a lot better.

Y2 is a nice color ! 
Honestly, Y2 is why I'm not already throwing an offer to this fella.
I think Y2 would look better on a Dodge Polara or Monaco 500

So, what is the perceived value of this car? 7500-8500?
I think it's still a ten thousand dollar or more car. ( Without eyes )
