Sounds like he bought the car to take out the 440 and can't bring himself to do it yet.
Typical Kansas car. No rust on the whole car, motor's a little haggard.
New Jersey guys have 440's just layin around cause all the cars rotted away.
Not a lot of 440's layin around Kansas.

CS23T1C201784 is a triple-black, no-vinyl 300 2dr. Now, the rear RHS and both lower rear quarters are not great so eyes on it are needed. Still, someone´s gotta love this.

The only worry is the H53 AutoTemp. Among all the fancy options, why did the first owner order that one rather than power windows/seats or buckets?!

That really is a good looking car. no vinyl. tx9 . Sharp.

I wonder what is going on with the drivers side. Is that a reflection or is that a dented up side?

Kansas cars can have plenty of rust and this is just one example of that problem. The rear quarters are rotted away both inside and out and the lower sill and rear wheel openings have plenty of rust as well. That is maybe why he was considering "parting it out".

Unfortunate choices of options as @ayilar pointed out. This car could have been so much more...........................

No triple black 71 300 ever gets by Manny. I am living proof of that.

What I can see of hte interior looks like needs only a cleanup, seats look good.
Trunk floor looks serviceable.
Body and paintwork, yeah, but we've certainly seen worse.
$3500 seems reasonable for a triple-black 2dr 300. You're not going to find much better for much less.
